Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse products, pick your size/color, and select Add to cartCheckout. Enter shipping details and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?
Check spam/promotions. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and the time you ordered—we’ll resend the confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need a change, email us within 1 hour of purchase. Once shipped, we can’t modify the order—please use our returns process instead.

Shipping

What are your shipping options and delivery times?
Standard shipping typically arrives in 4–7 business days; expedited options are shown at checkout with live rates and ETA. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or log in to your account and open the order to see the latest scan events.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, selected countries are available at checkout. Duties/taxes may apply per local regulations and are shown or collected at checkout where supported.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Final-sale items aren’t eligible. Start a return by contacting support with your order number.
How do exchanges work?
Request your new size/color when you start the return. We’ll reserve it (subject to stock) and ship after we receive and inspect your original item.
When will I receive my refund?
After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Sizing & Product Care

How do I find my size?
Use the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for relaxed fits and sizing down for tailored fits.
How should I care for my items?
Most garments: cold wash, gentle cycle, inside-out; do not bleach; lay flat to dry or tumble low; cool iron if needed. Always check the care label on your item.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, UPI/NetBanking (where available), and wallet options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our gateway.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We never store full card details. Transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-compliant providers.
